DAYCARE
Dogs are pack animals and thrive when appropriately socialized. Whether your kiddo is a pup who needs to learn socialization skills or an adult dog who is full of energy and needs time to run and play with others, daycare can provide a safe, stimulating and enriching experience.
Daycare is currently offered on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Occasionally, ‘Pop Up Daycare’ may be added on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All of our PLAY pals must meet the following requirements: current on all required vaccinations, weigh 40 pounds or more, and must be spayed or neutered if over 1 year old. These requirements are in place for the health and safety of the entire pack.
On the first day of class, pooches are assessed for enrollment in daycare. The Turning Tails Team is trained to evaluate canine body language as well as other verbal and physical cues to determine if group play is a good fit. Once assessed and it is determined that your furry friend will fit well with the daycare pack, it’s time to PLAY!
Daycare is supervised by trained staff and offers a wealth of fun opportunities for socialization. We are committed to providing a safe and fun environment for PLAY. As such, our daycare is capped at 15 canines to 1 staff member. This ratio aids in providing a safe environment and enables us to provide the individual attention each kiddo needs.
Daycare is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so please call ahead to reserve your furry friend’s spot in class. Let’s PLAY!
